Template draft — last updated August 2026
FreightFix ([legal business name and ABN]) audits your Australia Post freight invoices for billing errors — cubic weight mismatches, duplicate charges, misapplied Send-and-Save bands, and negotiated-rate mismatches — and drafts dispute correspondence and a structured export for confirmed issues.
FreightFix does not file disputes with Australia Post on your behalf. We prepare the letter and export; you review it and submit it yourself, via Australia Post's own Business Support Portal or Enterprise Credit Claim channel. We also don't log into any carrier account on your behalf, and we don't guarantee any dispute will be approved or any amount recovered.
Every dollar figure we show you — estimated overcharges, savings forecasts, projected recovery — is an estimate based on your own invoice history, clearly labelled as such. It is not a guarantee, and it is not tax or legal advice.
You must be an authorised representative of the business you're signing up, and the information you give us (business name, invoices, contact details) must be accurate. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
New accounts get a free 30-day historical audit of invoices you upload or forward — no card required to start. We'll tell you clearly before any fee becomes payable.
After the free trial, our fee is a percentage of the dollar amount you confirm as actually recovered from Australia Post (“gain-share”), or a minimum monthly floor, whichever is greater — never both. The exact percentage and floor amount are shown in your account before you're charged. Fees are itemised with GST per standard Australian tax invoice requirements and billed via Stripe.
If a confirmed recovery is later reversed or found invalid, the fee already charged against it will be refunded or credited — we don't keep a fee for money you didn't actually keep.
FreightFix's detection is automated and confidence-scored, and every flagged issue cites the specific formula, published rate, or rule behind it. It is provided “as is” — we don't warrant it will catch every billing error, or that a flagged issue will always turn out to be correct. Lower-confidence findings are marked as needing your review rather than filed automatically for exactly this reason.
To the extent permitted by law, FreightFix's liability to you is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 3 months before a claim arises. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes a guarantee or right that can't lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings — this takes effect immediately, and you won't be charged again. We keep your data for 90 days after cancellation (in case you reactivate, or a dispute needs it), then delete it. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
If we make a material change, we'll email the address on your account before it takes effect. Continuing to use FreightFix after that means you accept the updated terms.
